TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WEDDING OR EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE.

  1. Upon completing the registration form, the date will be reserved based on the prior deposit made and the plan registered in the system. These two conditions are required to guarantee photography service on your wedding or event date.


  2. The deposit made is non-refundable under any circumstances.


  3. In case of cancellation or date change, it can be done free of charge if notified 120 days before the event. If notified later, a penalty of $6,000,000 COP will apply, and the deposit will not be credited. New dates are subject to availability and may be assigned to another team photographer. Refusal to accept changes will not lead to a downgrade of the package or refund.


  4. If extraordinary circumstances such as quarantines due to COVID-19 or natural disasters prevent the event, the date can be changed without penalty, if notified at least 90 calendar days in advance.


  5. For plans with coverage over 7 hrs, the client must provide lunch, snacks, and hydration for the photography team (2 to 6 people depending on the plan), in addition to dinner.


  6. For hourly plans (not Unforgettable, Premium, or Digital full coverage), continuous hours must be counted. For example, if the event starts at 3:00 pm and 3 hours are booked, coverage ends at 6:00 pm. For full coverage plans, the maximum time is: 12 hrs (Unforgettable), 11 hrs (Premium), 10 hrs (Digital), all continuous.


  7. It is the client's responsibility to schedule Pre-wedding or Post-wedding sessions at least 60 calendar days in advance. (Not available on Saturdays).


  8. For plans including Pre-wedding or Post-wedding sessions, the client must cover transportation and any expenses such as lodging, food, fuel, tolls, park/hotel access, etc.


  9. Session duration is 1 to 2 hours depending on the plan. These sessions will not be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery of photos will be 15 business days after the session. If no pre-wedding session is held, it will not result in a discount, as it is a complimentary inclusion in Premium and Unforgettable plans.


  10. Full payment of the service is required no later than one week before the event.


  11. Full coverage plans include transportation to preparations, ceremony, and reception.


  12. Digital photos are edited (contrast, white balance, shadows, details, color and focus enhancements) and delivered in high quality. No advanced Photoshop editing or digital manipulation is included.

  1. Digital photo delivery will be in 20 business days, or 5 days for Unforgettable+ plan. During high-demand months (October, December, January, March, and June), delivery time is 25 business days. Note: The company takes one week off during the first week of January.


  2. Albums are delivered 15 business days after the client selects photos and approves the digital layout. If photo selection is delayed beyond 90 days and crosses into a new calendar year, price adjustments will apply according to annual inflation (IPC) and market increases.


  3. A preview layout will be sent for approval before printing. No further changes allowed after approval.


  4. The online gallery access: 30 days for hourly plans, 180 days for Premium/Digital, 365 days for Unforgettable.


  5. Photos are stored on servers for 365 days. After that, they're moved to cloud storage. Backup requests after this time will incur a fee.


  6. The client has 7 calendar days after delivery of any product (albums, USB, prints, videos, etc.) to report damages, issues, or missing content. After this period, original files will be deleted, and no changes can be made.


  7. For international clients, the shipping cost of physical products must be covered by the client. Applies nationally as well.


  8. If the main photographer Andres Hernandez cannot attend due to emergencies (eg, accident, illness), an equivalent-level team will be sent.


  9. For hourly plans (≤7 hrs), an available team photographer will be assigned. This is not grounds for cancellation.


  10. Second photographer services (if included) cover: groom prep, ceremony, welcome cocktail, speeches, and first dance.

  1. The client agrees to the style, color grading, creativity, and editing standards displayed on www.iandresh.com.coand Instagram @andresh_ph.

  2. RAW or full-resolution JPG files may be purchased for an additional ~$250. Request must be made within 10 calendar days after the wedding or before the event. Price does not include the storage device.

  3. The client authorizes AH Photography to use images exclusively for promotional purposes (eg, website, social media, contests, printed materials, etc.). Commercial resale of images is strictly prohibited.

  4. All works are protected under Colombian copyright law (Law 23 of 1982) and CAN Decision 351.
